Yash Gera (born 25 May 1986) is a Model, Actor, Anchor and DJ (Disc jockey) by profession from New Delhi(India). He belongs to a Punjabi Hindu family and works in the Entertainment & Media industry. He has done a number of Ramp shows, Print Ads, Commercial Ads and Television Serials. He also have been DJ and Anchor for a number of corporate, entertainment, private and Bollywood Events. As a multi-talented artist, he has also tried to expand his horizons whether its Modelling, Acting, DJ'ing or Anchoring.

Yash Gera was born in New Delhi India. He's the son of Late.sh.Dharam Pal Gera. He Studied at Delhi University School & College College Of Vocational studies (2004 to 2007)
Yash Gera started his career as a DJ(Disc-Jockey) in 2004. He shifted to Mumbai in the year 2009 to pursue his Modelling and Acting career. He got his first break in Acting in March 2009 in Palampur Express telecasted on Sony Entertainment Television. Yash played the character of 'Paaji' who is the leader of Adarsh School. Yash Gera also played the role of Prateek who is parallel lead in Bairi Piya on Colors (TV channel). He also did 'Come Along Lets Grow Together business show' as a Host for Sahara Samay Channel. In Pyaar_Kii_Ye_Ek_Kahaani on Star One he played the role of Shankar Menon who is in love with the character of Misha Dobriyal.
Yash Gera started his Career as a Model in the year 2006. He has done several Commercial Ads for products like Gillette, Panasonic shaver, Canon,LG Flatron, Lotto Shoes and Poloraid Sunglasses. He is also seen with Saif Ali Khan in Chevrolet AVEO Advertisement. He is the Brand Ambassador of 'STEEL' Men's skin care and was the Mr. MTV Face of the week in February 2009.
He has walked the ramp for Debenhams, Flying Machine, Excalibur, Benetton, Reebok, Aokang, Kodak M Series, Spyker, Nike, Kazo, Nestle, Sahara, HOM Sports Wear, Hues, Scullers, Wrangler and many more. His print Ads include Chevrolet AVEO, Suzuki Gs 150R, Bacardi, Thunderbolt Aqua, Atlas bicycle, Big Bazar,Tata indicom, Fanta, Airtel, NIIT, UTI Mutual Fund, JOHN-F Jeans, i ball, Dabur Gulabari, VAMAN T-shirts, Indiatimes.com, HCL, HOM Sports wear and many more. Yash Gera is into DJ'ing from the year 2004. He has played in Events, Ramp shows, Corporate shows, Fashion previews apart from organizing own events. He has his own music production house in Delhi called MUSIC STRINGS.DJ Yash is into remixes, commercial music Bollywood, Hollywood, Hiphop, Rock, Jazz, Latino and uk Punjabi to name a few.
In the year of 2009 DJ Yash Gera and his Brother DJ Sunny Gera launched their 1st Underground Album called 'Bollywood Mania' followed by 'Rhythmatics' in 2010 and 'Electro Mixtape' in 2011. Now they are all set to release another Album named Rhythmatics Vol.2 having many hit numbers on the 27th of September 2011. This Album is produced by their Company Music Strings and remixed by DJ Sunny Gera and DJ Yash Gera.
Yash Gera is making his Bollywood Debut as the Main Lead with a Hindi Movie named 'Usse Kya ho Jayega' which is based on a Novel with the same name written by Ashesh Sharma. This Film is expected to release in the first half of 2012. His second Movie 'Chori Ka Maal Mori Mein' where he is playing the role of the lead character is also expected to release around the same time.
